  • receive invalu­able feed­back on their design from instruc­tor and peers.

Mod­ule 2: How Adults Learn Best

Par­tic­i­pants dis­cover the essen­tial prin­ci­ples of adult learn­ing in this evoca­tive and essen­tial mod­ule. Includes updates on cur­rent brain research and learning.

Mod­ule 3: Iden­ti­fy­ing and Ana­lyz­ing Train­ing Needs

Par­tic­i­pants learn and prac­tice foun­da­tional research tools to ensure a rel­e­vant training.

Mod­ule 4: Using Learn­ing Styles Effectively

Intro­duc­tion to the­o­ries of adult learn­ing styles and ori­en­ta­tion to the most val­i­dated approach. Inno­v­a­tive self-assessment tool and imme­di­ate appli­ca­tion to par­tic­i­pants’ train­ing design.

Mod­ule 5: How Do You Know They Know? In-Class Assess­ment Made Easy

Active, effec­tive tech­niques to assess and rein­force learning.

Mod­ule 6: Mak­ing the Most of “The Inten­si­fied You:” Unlock­ing the Secrets of Phys­i­cal Presence

Learn to “pump up” your own unique gifts to be the best pos­si­ble pre­sen­ter. By prac­tic­ing effec­tive use of your voice and body lan­guage, learn to exude con­fi­dence and charisma no mat­ter what the sub­ject area.

Mod­ule 7: One-on-One and Small-Group Coaching

Indi­vid­u­al­ized instruc­tion and coach­ing for groups 5 or smaller. Can be used as a stand-alone train­ing piece, or as addi­tional, on-going sup­port for indi­vid­u­als who have been trained.
