Guila Muir and Associates provides individualized coaching in workshop design. Whether you will present the session yourself, or you develop it for someone else to use, we provide the essential tools, skills, and support to create an effective educational session.

Using an accelerated Instructional Design process, Guila helps you identify training needs, develop learning outcomes and design participatory learning activities. Your end product is a ready-to-use educational session, backed by solid adult education research, that effectively transmits the information you need to get across.

Through individual coaching, you can also improve and update existing curricula, develop a training evaluation strategy, or learn new energizers and participatory activities. Individual coaching can take place through a combination of on-site visits, electronic editing, and written or phone feedback until the project is finished.
